Getting started
Start a fast
Open OneFeast and tap Start fasting on the Timer tab. The timer begins immediately and tracks how long you've been fasting.
Tag your fast
Use Tag this fast to record your last meal and recent activity. OneFeast uses these to shift the fasting-stage timeline so it better matches your body.
End a fast
When you eat, tap End fast. The fast is saved to your History with its full duration and the stages you reached.
Notifications
Go to the Settings tab to choose your stage alerts. You can pick:
- Off — no notifications.
- Ketogenesis Rising only — a single alert when you reach deep fat-burning.
- Metabolic Switch & Ketogenesis — alerts at both key milestones.
If you don't receive notifications, make sure notifications are enabled for OneFeast in iOS Settings → Notifications → OneFeast.
Your data & sync
Does my data sync across devices?
Yes. As long as you're signed into iCloud, OneFeast syncs your fasts through your own iCloud account and restores them if you reinstall the app. There's no separate account to create.
Back up or move my data
From the History tab you can export a complete JSON backup, and import it later or on another device. This is a great safety net and is fully under your control.
Is my data private?
Completely. OneFeast has no servers, no analytics, and no ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Common questions
OneFeast isn't sending notifications
Check that you chose a notification option in the Settings tab, and that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications → OneFeast. Notifications are scheduled in advance, so they'll fire even if the app is closed.
My history didn't appear on my new phone
Make sure both devices are signed into the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive enabled, then open OneFeast and give it a moment to sync. You can also import a JSON backup you exported from History.
Can I edit or delete a past fast?
Yes — open the History tab, tap a fast to edit its times, or swipe to delete it.
Is OneFeast available on iPad or Android?
OneFeast is currently designed for iPhone. Tell us what you'd like to see at [email protected].
Still need help?
Email [email protected] with your question and the iPhone model and iOS version you're using, and we'll help you out.
