OneFeast is built privacy-first. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal information — and there are no user accounts. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly how OneFeast handles your data.

The short version: OneFeast has no servers, no analytics, and no ads. Your fasting data is stored on your device and synced only through your own Apple iCloud account. We never see it.

1. Who we are

OneFeast ("the app", "we", "us") is an iPhone application for tracking One Meal A Day (OMAD) and intermittent fasting. This policy applies to the OneFeast app and the website at onefeast.app.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. OneFeast does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email, or any contact details to use the app.

The data you create while using OneFeast — such as:

fasting start and end times,
meal and activity tags you add to a fast,
your fasting history, streaks, and stats, and
your notification preferences,

is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to us or to any third party.

3. iCloud sync

If you are signed into iCloud on your device, OneFeast uses Apple's iCloud key-value storage to back up and sync your fasting data across your own Apple devices and to restore it if you reinstall the app. This data is stored in your iCloud account and is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data. You can turn iCloud Drive off for OneFeast at any time in your device's iCloud settings.

4. Notifications

OneFeast can send you local notifications when you reach certain fasting stages. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. Granting notification permission is optional, and you can change or revoke it at any time in iOS Settings or within the app's Settings screen.

5. Data you export

OneFeast lets you export a backup of your data as a JSON file. When you choose to export or share that file, it goes wherever you send it (for example, a file in iCloud Drive, a message, or another app you select). We are not involved in and have no visibility into that transfer.

6. Information we do not use

No analytics or usage tracking.
No advertising or advertising identifiers.
No third-party SDKs that collect data.
No cookies or trackers on this website beyond what's needed to serve the page.

7. Children's privacy

OneFeast is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Fasting may not be appropriate for children — please consult a healthcare professional.

8. Your control over your data

Because your data lives on your device and in your iCloud account, you are fully in control of it. You can delete individual fasts, clear your history within the app, delete the app, or disable iCloud sync. Deleting the app and its iCloud data removes your information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
